How to properly install a crane

Cranes are widely used as the main equipment for transporting and lifting heavy objects in various places, which brings a lot of convenience to everyone’s construction. However, they need to be erected before use. In order to facilitate everyone to correctly erect, let’s take a look at the things that need to be paid attention to when erecting the equipment, and how to reasonably erect it for normal and safe use.
1. Set up the mast in the middle of the crane’s main beam, and slightly close to the side of the heavier main beam, so that the hoisted equipment will not tilt, and the electric hoist is firmly tied to the main beam for lifting at the same time.
2. Use the winch and mast to pass the rope through the lifting hole for lifting.
3. When lifting, it should be kept stable and cannot swing arbitrarily. In order to enable people to control it, ropes can be tied to both ends of the equipment.
4. When the equipment is lifted above the track, pull the rope to twist, and gradually drop it so that the crane wheel groove is aligned with the track and slowly falls.
5. Lift the equipment to an appropriate height, bolt the control room to the connecting frame and the connecting seat with bolts, and then weld the connecting seat to the main beam and the crossbeam according to the attached drawings.
